REFUND POLICY

For a refund on our projects, you will need to follow a certain procedure.

The progression of the project goes through the stages of :

  1. Script Writing
  2. Voiceover
  3. StoryBoarding
  4. Video Production-Initial-Draft
  5. Video Production-Final-Draft

To apply for a refund during the project, it is important that you approach the service at the right occasion.

The Refund Process :

You need to send a email requesting the refund with the following content included.

  • The subject of the email should include Request for Refund with the necessary invoice number
  • The Name of the company requesting the refund
  • Invoice number
  • Date of Payment
  • Amount of Refund
  • Reason for Refund

The email will then be carefully analyzed and reviewed against the circumstances.

The approval is sent at the earliest through a reply.

Once approved, the refund will be delivered within a period of one week from the date of approval.

Terms and Conditions for Approval of Refunds

Videozee follows a simple and stage based refund policy. The guidelines to the policy are as follows :-

  1. The amount for any unapproved stage/cancelled stage will be refunded by Videozee.
  2. No money will be returned or refunded on previously approved and completed stages.
  3. Request for the refund can be sent to the company directly, via an email.
  4. The refund amount will be calculated, excluding the amount invested in the project by Videozee.
